DMCA Content Removal and Counter-Notice Process Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the alleged infringing content in accordance with copyright law. To ensure transparency, we may share the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact information, with the person accused of infringement. If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notice containing: identification of the content removed and its prior location, your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, a sworn declaration under penalty of perjury stating your belief that the removal was a mistake, your consent to legal proceedings, and your signature. We may restore the content if a valid counter-notice is received, unless the complainant pursues legal action.
